Jamie “Jay-May” Mayberry is a Detroit-born rapper whose creative spark ignited early and has driven him ever since. Over the years, he has built a strong body of work that includes eight solo projects, two group albums, a wide range of singles, and dynamic music videos. His latest release, Real Estate, features standout lyricist Royce Da 5’9, adding to a growing list of respected collaborators. Jay-May also unveiled SEASONS // Fall and SEASONS // Summer, the first two installments of his four-part SEASONS series, which includes contributions from Rick Ross, Dizzy Wright, and CeeLo Green.

Alongside his artistry, Jay-May served 20 years in the U.S. Army with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He now works as a System Administrator in IT on Fort Hood, balancing a demanding career with his passion for music. Off the mic, he is a devoted husband and father of two daughters, and a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
